NameLuv is operated by Prototype Technologies LLP. By using NameLuv, subscribing to emails or purchasing a domain, you agree to these terms.
Service
NameLuv curates brandable domain names and may offer them for purchase. Subscriber-only access windows, public archive visibility and domain availability may change based on sales, registration status or operational needs.
Domain Purchases
A purchase gives you the right to receive the specific domain name listed at checkout, subject to successful payment and our fraud, abuse and availability checks. Prices are shown before checkout.
Delivery
After checkout, we will send a Namecheap domain move link to the email shared during checkout within 24 hours. Accepting the move link is required to receive the domain in your Namecheap account.
Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, accepting the domain move link, maintaining your registrar account and complying with registrar rules. If you need help, contact support@nameluv.com.
Alternative Transfers
Namecheap push is the default delivery method. Alternative registrar transfer options may be considered manually but are not guaranteed and may require additional time or steps.
Payments And Taxes
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Dodo Payments. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees or payment provider requirements shown during checkout.
Refunds
Because domains are unique digital assets and transfer can begin shortly after payment, purchases are generally final once the domain move or transfer process has started. If there is a delivery issue caused by us, contact support@nameluv.com.
No Guarantee Of Business Outcome
Domain scores, startup ideas, similar brands and commentary are editorial opinions. We do not guarantee trademark clearance, legal suitability, search ranking, resale value, startup success or availability outside the listed sale.
Intellectual Property
You are responsible for conducting trademark, legal and brand clearance before using a purchased domain. NameLuv content, scoring, copy and website materials remain owned by Prototype Technologies LLP or its licensors.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NameLuv after updates means you accept the revised terms.
